As with Level 1, Level 2 involves expressing what is alive in us here and now, using our whole-body. It also involves offering reflections back to the presenters, as empathetic mirrors, using voice, movement, metaphor, and presence.

For Level 2, we hold a powerful container for the session. We’ll check-in and have a shorter introduction and give more focus to the presenters and mirrors to share and integrate their experience.

Level 2 is open to any member who has already participated in the Embodiment Forum with us. If you haven’t yet joined the Embodiment Forum, you can look at the schedule and register for Level 1. 

You can share in English and French. The facilitation will be in English.
