Solomon Krueger
Founder and Co-Director
Exploring what is alive and true in our shared human experience is where my full heart and commitment live. I have nearly 25 years of experience in organizing and facilitating groups, workshops, and retreats. My lifelong passion for human development led to degrees at Montreal’s Concordia University (B.A. Human Relations, M.A. Human Systems Intervention), and broad continual training in practices such as: Authentic Relating, Self-inquiry, Dialogue, Somatic awareness, Contact Improv, Breathwork, Focusing, Circling, NVC, Playback Theatre, Psychodrama, and Family Constellations. I’m delighted to support these precious spaces for deeper connection with self and others.
Riley Drever
Founder and Co-Director
I love the freedom I feel when I tell the truth and connect with others speaking their truths. I seek to bring honesty, clarity, inner peace and fun to myself and the world. As a young adult, I experienced personall challenges that revealed my need to live an authentic life. Since then, I have been dedicated to knowing myself, sharing my gifts, and learning how to honour, respect and celebrate those around me. I am an experienced teacher and educator, skilled facilitator, community builder, spiritual seeker and most importantly, a proud and loving family man. I co-founded Authentic Montreal and am excited to bring AR-GO into your life.
Myriam Laflamme
The essence of who I am is in the space where courage meets vulnerability, and the art of expression becomes the gateway to deep connection.
My journey began with the arts—improvisation, dance, singing—each a thread intricately woven into the fabric of my being as an expression of my authentic self.
It was in the high altitudes of the Andes, amidst the ancient wisdom of plant medicine, that my exploration took a transformative turn. Here, I touched the edges of my spirit, learning to weave my path through the uncharted territories of my inner landscape.
Blessed with insights from my adventures and a profound understanding of Human Design, I've dedicated myself to serving others, that's not just about guiding others, but about nurturing awareness, self-empowerment, and unity within every soul I touch.
At the heart of my mission is a dedication to women's empowerment. I work at a community organization in Montreal, committed to aiding women in their journey towards economic independence. I also co-host the Women’s Connection Circle bi-monthly with Jeanette. These gatherings are sacred spaces for women to explore deeper connections with themselves and each other, fostering an environment where vulnerability is not just accepted, but celebrated.
Mike Jadoo
Mike's journey began with his first Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practice group, where he discovered the transformative power of empathy. Over the past four years, he has deepened his understanding through extensive study and several Authentic Relating courses under ART International (Levels 1, 2, 3, and currently in Level 4).
His passion for helping others has led to positive impacts on many individuals' lives, as he believes everyone deserves to understand their feelings and connect meaningfully with others.
Mike facilitates authentic relating exercises with enthusiasm, empowering people to use these tools to improve their lives.
Drawing inspiration from everyday situations, Mike consistently creates new events to help people navigate their challenges. His dedication to authentic relating extends into his professional work as a data analyst, where these practices have significantly improved his interactions with coworkers, managers, and clients. Mike's unique blend of empathy, communication skills, and authentic relating practices makes him a valuable resource for enhancing personal and professional connections.
Chris Westin
I’m fascinated by the art of deep connection—both with myself and others. My journey began with T-Group and Mark Group practices, and later expanded to include Authentic Relating and Circling, which I truly enjoy. These practices have taught me to listen more closely to my feelings and sense what’s going on inside, which has, in turn, allowed me to get more of what I want out of life.
I view these practices as a form of "Relational Yoga," helping us bridge the gap between individuals and dissolve the Illusion of Separation. Through Authentic Relating, I’ve discovered the joy of sharing my inner world with others and being invited into theirs. It’s a beautiful exchange that I believe the world needs more of.
As a host, I’m excited to guide others in exploring these transformative practices and to create a space where we can all show up more authentically. I hope you'll join us and experience how powerful it can be to connect deeply and live with more presence and honesty in everyday life.

Attention, presence, deep listening
I am guided by the soul calling to contribute to a world that is slower, softer, gentler; where human communities are more inclusive, and human connection is more accessible, regardless of personal background, abilities, finances or geographical location. My approach as a digital space holder is informed by training in a variety of mindfulness-based practices, perspectives from growing up/living/working in international contexts, and lived experience of occupying different marginalised identities.
Since attending my first AR event in 2017, I have grown most of all in a deeper sense of being human and belonging to humanity. It is a gift I wish to pass on to others, and I am honoured for the opportunity to do so alongside fantastic mentors and journey companions on this platform.
Thalia Vrantsidis
I believe that deep, meaningful connection is a fundamental human need.
For me, the AR-Go community has been a soul-nourishing space to find just this kind of connection. I began hosting with AR-Go as a way to give back, and to continue to grow the kind of community I want to be part of.
My approach to facilitating is shaped by a background in mindfulness, reflecting writing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as by my work as a psychology researcher, which has allowed me to explore the science of what people find meaningful and fulfilling.
I regularly host Heart Lounge and Presence Playground, where I aim to create spaces rooted in gentleness, curiosity, and acceptance, where people are invited be deeply present with themselves and others, to learn, play and discover, and to experience the beautiful flow of giving, receiving and being in connection.
