Embodiment Skills: Reflecting Our Rainbow of Desire

Are you looking for new ways to reflect others’ experiences to them?

Do you want to explore new ways to share your experience?

This session Tanya will lead us as we expand our palette of ways we can offer mirrors to each other in the Embodiment Forum, as well with people in our lives.

Borrowing some tools from Augusto Boal’s Rainbow of Desire, Cops-in-the-Head, and Internal Family Systems Therapy, we can offer each other new in-sights: by seeing and hearing each other’s stories in new ways, and then reflecting this to each other with our bodies.

We can discover the different parts of ourselves and what they deeply want for us.  We can open to how the parts that seem to get in our way, become the way. And we can learn powerful embodiment tools to help you deepen your relationships.

No experience necessary and everyone is welcome!
