Exploring the core AR practices
Pay-What-You-Can • Feb 21, 2026 • 12:00–2:15pm EST • Online
This session is a gentle, practice-based introduction to the world of Authentic Relating.
It’s designed for anyone curious about slowing down, listening inward, and exploring connection in a simple, grounded way.
It also offers a felt sense of the pacing, tone, and style of the upcoming 4-week AR-Go Deep Dive: Core Practices starting on March 7, so you can get a taste of the experience before deciding if the series is right for you.
No prior training or experience is needed.
What We’ll Explore
This session is experiential rather than theoretical.
We’ll move through a few practices and AR games that support:
noticing what’s happening inside, in real time
listening with presence and humility
following curiosity in a way that deepens connection
meeting others without pressure to perform, impress, or fix
It’s a chance to feel into what Authentic Relating actually feels like — not in concept, but in your body and in relationship.
Who This Is For
This session might be a good fit if you:
are new to Authentic Relating
have attended some AR events and want to explore more
are curious about relational awareness, presence, or emotional attunement
are considering joining the 4-week series and want to experience the space first
Nothing is required beyond a willingness to show up as you are.
Why This Session
Many of us move through conversations on autopilot — answering “fine,” staying in familiar scripts, sensing that something more honest or meaningful is possible but not knowing how to access it.
This session offers a small, low-key space to practice something different.
To slow down.
To notice.
To connect in a way that feels a little more real.

About the Facilitator, Nico Reginatto
Nico is a relational facilitator from Argentina who spent nearly a decade living in New Zealand and Australia. He began exploring mindfulness and yoga in 2016, which opened the door to a deeper interest in presence and inner listening. A couple of years later he encountered Authentic Relating and men’s circles, and something in him recognized a form of connection that felt honest, grounded, and genuinely human.
Growing up, Nico often found it challenging to navigate the unspoken patterns of everyday communication and the pressure to perform or please. Authentic Relating offered him a different way of being, one that values honesty, impact, and the courage to reveal what is really happening inside. This perspective continues to shape the way he holds relational spaces.
Nico has been facilitating AR spaces since 2021 and brings experience in support work, well-being coaching, and relational coaching. He is passionate about Non-Violent Communication, conflict transformation, and nervous system regulation. He believes much unnecessary suffering comes from disconnection, and is committed to supporting others in finding clarity, ease, and more authentic connection in their relationships. Questions
