AR-Go Deep Dive - Core Practices:
A practice-based introduction to Authentic Relating
Weekly, starting March 14, 2026 (12pm-2:15pm Eastern Time)
To register, please complete the form here.
Overview
This is a 4-week deep dive designed to explore the core practices, concepts, and values of Authentic Relating, with a particular emphasis on staying connected to self while relating.
This series is offered as a practice-based entry point and is not a certification or replacement for formal Authentic Relating trainings.
Who This Is For
This series is for:
People who are new to Authentic Relating
People who have participated in some AR events and want to deepen their understanding of the core practices
Those who are curious about slowing down, practicing awareness, and exploring connection in a closed, consistent group
No prior training is required.
Why This Series
I often used to feel frustrated in social settings (and sometimes still do), noticing how often people—including myself at times—were more focused on maintaining an image or a role than actually connecting.
I got tired of answering “fine” when asked how I was doing, defaulting to familiar topics, and leaving conversations with a lingering sense of disconnection—of not being seen, and not really knowing what was true for the other person.
This series grows from a desire to practice something different.
What We’ll Be Practicing
Through games and experiential practices, we’ll explore how to stay connected to the five core practices of Authentic Relating:
Welcome Everything
Check Your Assumptions
Reveal Your Experience
Own Your Experience
Honor Self & Other
Across the four weeks, we’ll focus on:
Connecting to self and tracking internal experience (sensations, emotions, thoughts, needs, desires, reactions)
Developing awareness of others’ inner experience and relational impact
Practicing curiosity—both expressing it and receiving it
Speaking with dignity and listening with humility
Exploring how awareness of context supports deeper connection
The intention is to increase our ability to respond, rather than react, in real-time relational moments.

What This Is / What This Is Not
What this is:
A facilitated, practice-based deepening space. A slow, gentle, real (and hopefully deep) container where the same group of people practices connecting with themselves and one another over time. A space to train “connection muscles,” be supported through challenges, and enjoy moments of genuine contact.
What this is not:
Not a course or training
No certification or theoretical curriculum
Not a coaching or fixing space
Not a place for philosophical debate or trying to change others’ views
This is an experiential practice space. Please note that this work can bring up vulnerability or strong emotions.
Structure & Themes
Four sessions, each 2 hours and 15 min (Includes a short bathroom break)
Each session will have a thematic focus:
Session 1: Connecting to Self
A gentle introduction to noticing and naming your inner experience while staying in connection. We’ll practice slowing down, tracking what’s alive, and speaking from authenticity.Session 2: Empathic Listening
An exploration of listening with presence and humility. We’ll practice attunement, receiving others without fixing, and creating space where people feel met.
Session 3: Exploring Curiosity
A playful and intentional look at curiosity as a relational tool. We’ll practice asking questions that deepen connection and following what feels alive between us.
Session 4: Co-Creating the Frame
A space to practice shaping the tone and intentions of connection together. We’ll explore how to name what we want, invite others in, and find shared clarity.

About the Facilitator, Nico Reginatto
Nico is a relational facilitator from Argentina who spent nearly a decade living in New Zealand and Australia. He began exploring mindfulness and yoga in 2016, which opened the door to a deeper interest in presence and inner listening. A couple of years later he encountered Authentic Relating and men’s circles, and something in him recognized a form of connection that felt honest, grounded, and genuinely human.
Growing up, Nico often found it challenging to navigate the unspoken patterns of everyday communication and the pressure to perform or please. Authentic Relating offered him a different way of being, one that values honesty, impact, and the courage to reveal what is really happening inside. This perspective continues to shape the way he holds relational spaces.
Nico has been facilitating AR spaces since 2021 and brings experience in support work, well-being coaching, and relational coaching. He is passionate about Non-Violent Communication, conflict transformation, and nervous system regulation. He believes much unnecessary suffering comes from disconnection, and is committed to supporting others in finding clarity, ease, and more authentic connection in their relationships.
