Many of us move through conversations wishing for more clarity, more confidence, or a clearer sense of what is happening between ourselves and the people we care about. We long for honest, authentic connection, yet most of us were never taught how to create it. AR Games & Practices is a space to learn these skills in a simple, grounded way.
Each session weaves together relational games, guided practices, and moments of reflection. Some activities are light and playful; others invite a slower pace and greater depth. Together, they support noticing your inner experience, expressing yourself honestly, listening with presence, and following your curiosity in ways that feel respectful and real.
This event is beginner-friendly, and you are always welcome to move at your own pace. Safety is held as a foundation, so you never need to push past your limits in order to participate. Practices are chosen in the moment, guided by the group’s needs, creating sessions that feel fresh, responsive, and spontaneous.
Past participants share that they leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of themselves, and a real sense of connection with others. Many describe it as discovering a language for things they’ve always felt but never knew how to express, while others appreciate the mix of playfulness and steady support.
If you are looking to grow your relational skills, connect with others in a meaningful way, and explore yourself with greater honesty and care, this space is for you.
You are welcome exactly as you are, and you get to choose how much you participate.
Come join us for an evening of practice, connection, and simple human learning.
