I'm continually amazed by what happens when people slow down and become genuinely curious about each other.

Most of us spend our days moving from one thing to the next. We have conversations, but we don't always feel deeply connected. We make assumptions without realizing it. We miss opportunities to really see the people in front of us.

These gatherings are a chance to pause for a couple of hours and explore a different way of relating.

Every event is different. I'll bring a selection of Authentic Relating games and exercises, and together we'll create an experience shaped by the people who are in the room. Some moments will be playful, some may be surprisingly meaningful, and many will simply invite us into conversations we might not otherwise have.

What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic Relating is a collection of games and practices that help people connect in a more genuine way. They invite us to slow down, notice what's happening in ourselves, listen with curiosity, and meet one another with a little more presence.

You don't need to be outgoing, good at communicating, or "good with people." You also won't be asked to share anything you don't want to. Everything is an invitation, and you're always welcome to pass.

Is this for me?

These events are for anyone who enjoys meaningful conversations and is curious about exploring a different way of connecting with others.

If this would be your first Authentic Relating experience, I'd love to have a short conversation with you before the event. It's simply a chance for us to meet, for you to ask any questions you might have, and to make sure the event feels like a good fit.

About Me

Hi, I'm Nico.

I've been part of the Authentic Relating community for over 7 years and have facilitated both online and in-person events. What keeps bringing me back is how often I'm surprised by what emerges when people slow down and become genuinely interested in one another.

My role isn't to teach people how to relate. It's to create a space where we can practice together, experiment together, and discover what happens.
