Sometimes it’s hard for us to communicate what happening for us in the moment.

Using the tools of Authentic relating can help us be vulnerable and reveal what’s happening in order to be in connection with the other person. In tonight’s practice we will work on several relational games to practice owning our experience.

Authentic Relating games (exercises) help us experience deeper connections, see the world through the eyes of others, and understand ourselves better.  Our practice aims to teach the skills necessary to quickly create deep, meaningful human connections.  We will have several relational games to practice and we will focus on providing empathy with a challenging share.
