Come as you are. Practice how you want to show up.
There’s something powerful about being with other men and feeling you can let your guard down—take a breath, speak from the heart, and let yourself be seen.
The AR-Go Men’s Circle is a regular online gathering for men to connect, get into their bodies, and explore what it means to live with presence, courage, and an open heart.
We’ll move, listen, speak honestly, and explore together. An evening might include shaking or other embodiment practices, conversations in pairs or trios, and opportunities to receive the focused attention of the whole circle. We’ll explore themes such as boundaries, relationships, desire, purpose, shame, grief, joy, and the parts of ourselves we’re learning to welcome.
There is room here for strength and tenderness, intensity and stillness, awkwardness and laughter. You choose your pace and how much you share.
Who it’s for
Men who want deeper connection with other men and more freedom in how they meet their lives. You might be carrying a lot, navigating a transition, noticing patterns in your relationships, or simply wanting a place to be more fully yourself.
Newcomers and experienced practitioners are welcome. You don’t need to know the language of men’s work or have anything figured out.
Held by Riley and Solomon, co-founders of AR-Go
We’re bringing our deep friendship, over 13 years of men’s work, our experience holding relational spaces, and the practices that are alive in our own lives. We’ll offer clear structure, follow what emerges, and sometimes invite a loving challenge.
Our intention is to practice brotherhood together: supporting one another, telling the truth with care, receiving reflections, and taking responsibility for how we show up—with ourselves, our partners, families, friends, and communities.
The flow
Online, every second Wednesday. 90 minutes, with each gathering welcoming both new and returning men.
Expect reflection, connection, embodied practices, and something practical to take into your week. All practices are invitations. This is a facilitated space for connection and personal development, rather than group therapy.
Come curious. Bring what’s real.
